10mm to 12mm diameter Saltwater Tahitian Pearls present with an asymmetrical round shape with good quality nacre & moderate luster with occasional natural pitting. Our natural Tahitian pearls exhibit a moderate to moderately dark Silver base hue with faint green peacock overtones within the strand. Tahitian pearls are known for their symmetry, larger than average size, natural silver-grey hues, and near metallic luster. Our Tahitian pearl strands exhibit a high quality nacre, a matching quality, and a moderate luster providing for the AA Quality grade. Tahitian pearls are farmed in salt water locations near Tahiti in the French Polynesian Islands.
