I. Beads of Cambay.com Sweepstakes Entry Rules -- No Purchase Required: The “Beads of Cambay.com End-of-Month Sweepstakes” ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 a.m. (Eastern Time ["ET"]) on the first of each month and ends at 11:59 p.m. (PT) on last day of each month ("The Sweepstakes Period"). To Enter for your chance to win: Log on to www.beadsofcambay.com, enter your email address in the sweepstakes button or create an account during the Sweepstakes Period and you will be entered; All on-line entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (PT) on the last day of the month. Limit of one entry per person. No mechanically reproduced entries or multiple electronic copies permitted. Beads of Cambay.com will not verify receipt of entries from entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Beads of Cambay.com and its parent company and will not be returned or acknowledged.

II. Conditions of Eligibility: To enter the Sweepstakes you must be a lawful, permanent resident of the United States and be 18 years of age or older. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and where restricted or otherwise prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes, and any web site pages and advertisements relating thereto, is intended for viewing only within the United States. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not located within the United States. Employees of Beads of Cambay.com, their affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), and their immediate families and members of their households, are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.

III. Drawing and Winning Entry Notifications: Possible winners will be selected from all eligible entries received in a random drawing held on or about the eighth (8th) day after the last day of each month by a designated contest administrator not directly involved with sales, fulfillment, customer service or other business that could influence their selection from among the Beads of Cambay.com entrants. ("Sweepstakes Administrator"), whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during each monthly period. Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or e-mail. If a potential winner cannot be reached within eight (8) days from the first notification attempt, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected using the same core criteria describe above.

IV. Prizes and Recognition: One Monthly “Beads of Cambay.com Shopping Spree” will be awarded, consisting of one (1) On-Line Credit worth $200 in beautiful Beads of Cambay.com beads. Warranties, taxes and other expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the monthly designated winner. No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for prizes allowed.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value when prize (selected inventory items viewed or posted on the Sponsor’s website) are not available due to reasons or conditions beyond the control of Beads of Cambay.com or its parent companies. Limit one prize per person/family/household.

V. Prize Conditions: Monthly “Beads of Cambay.com” winners will be required to execute a simple Affidavit of Eligibility email form, a Liability Release email form, and a Publicity Release email form ("Affidavit/Release"). If winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence, then the parent or legal guardian of such minor must also sign any documents required herein. Such documents must be signed and returned by the time stated on the form concerning such documents. If potential winner fails to sign and return such documents within that time, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with this or other Official Rules, then the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. All federal, state or other tax liabilities (including income taxes) arising from this Sweepstakes will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

VI. Publicity and Use of Likeness: Except where prohibited by law, the winner's entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use said winner's name, image, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and city and state address on a global basis, and in all forms of media. Beads of Cambay.com may employ now or in the future, in perpetuity, without further compensation.

VII. Sweepstakes Conditions: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Winner and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, participation or other involvement in this Sweepstakes.

VIII. Limitations of Liability for this Sweepstakes: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, undeliverable, damaged or incomplete on-line entries due to system errors or failures, or faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions and/or on-line entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, or faulty transmissions, or for any problems or technical malfunction(s) of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, mistakes by webmasters, computer equipment, or entries not received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or on-line traffic congestion on the office internet or World Wide Web, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from entering the Sweepstakes or downloading any material for the Sweepstakes, or other telecommunications malfunctions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives or associates.

It is further understood that if for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes without special or prior notice.

CAUTION: ATTEMPTS BY ANY PARTY TO DELIBERATELY ACCESS SENSITIVE INFORMATION, DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE WEBSITE WILL BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, BEADS OF CAMBAY.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PARTY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

IX. How to Participate: You may enroll and/or participate in the Sweepstakes in two ways: 1) enter online 2) by mail. Online entry is achieved by entering your email address in the sweepstakes button or setting up an account on Beads of Cambay.com website. To enter by mail, print your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address (if any) on a “3 ½ x 5 ½” card and mail to: Beads of Cambay.com End-of-Month Sweepstakes, 3865 Lawrenceville Highway, Suite 7, Lawrenceville, GA, 30044. Only one entry is permitted per stamped outer envelope. All mail-in entries will be entered into the monthly drawing that corresponds to the month that is postmarked on the outer envelope. Limit one entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry.

X. Release: By accepting a prize related to participation in this Beads of Cambay.com sweepstakes, winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

XI. Data Collection: Sponsor collects personal information from you when you enter the Sweepstakes. The information collected is subject to the privacy policy of Beads of Cambay.com that is detailed on the Beads of Cambay.com website located at www.beadsofcambay.com.

XII. Winner’s List/ Copy of Rules/ Sweepstakes Administrator: Any legally required list of winners may be obtained by sending an email with the Subject Line: “The Beads of Cambay.com End-of-Month Sweepstakes Winner List Request” to the Sweepstakes Administrator at www.beadsofcambay.com. Be sure to specify the month about which you are requesting the Winners Information. A copy of the Sweepstakes Rules may be accessed at the Sweepstakes Administrator site noted above.
