With trends changing faster than you can blink in the fashion world, it can be hard to keep up. Most of the time, we’re lucky if things that were hot at the beginning of the season make it to the end of it. With trends changing so fast, its hard, both time-wise and money-wise, to purchase every hot, new outfit you see.  One easy way to update your style without buying a whole new wardrobe is to change out your jewelry to match the current trends. To help you out, we’ve compiled a list of the hottest jewelry trends for 2015.

    1. Statement pieces

If you want to make a splash, consider the statement piece. It is loud and powerful, and can completely transform an outfit. When looking for statement pieces, the bigger the better. Look for a large necklace and bright colored rings. There aren’t many rules to what is right and what is wrong when it comes to statement pieces.

    1. Dainty Necklaces

While statement necklaces are definitely in for 2015, dainty, layering necklaces can make a statement on their own. This is a huge trend for 2015. Whether you wear just one, or you layer them together, dainty necklaces are sure to help bring together your outfit.

    1. Layers of bracelets

On top of layering necklaces, layering bracelets are also in for 2015. Personalized bracelets are very popular right now, as well as large metal cuffs. Gem bracelets are also making a comeback in bracelets this season. Whatever your style of bracelet, just make sure you have a couple on each wrist.

    1. Multitude of Rings

While we are layering necklaces and bracelets, we might as well as layer our rings, too. If you haven’t gathered it yet, this year, more is better. One way to wear this trend is to wear a couple of rings on different fingers, or you can wear a couple of small stacking rings on one finger. Another trend this year is the midi ring, which goes on the top part of the finger, added with regular rings.

    1. Asymmetrical

One of the newest and biggest trends this year is asymmetrical jewelry, mostly seen in earrings. This trend can come in many different variations, so it easily adaptable to almost anyone’s personal style. This might mean just wearing one earring, instead of two. The key to a single earring is to make sure it is bold enough that people know you are purposefully only wearing one. Another way to rock the asymmetrical look is to wear different types of earrings. Put a dangled jeweled earring in one ear, and then rock a gold stud in the other. Another way to add some drama is to wear two differently colored earrings. Wear a ruby dangle in one ear, and an emerald in the other. You should be able to find them packaged like this so you don’t have to buy two different packs. If you can’ t find them the way you want them, consider making your own. For a wide variety of stones that you can make into your own earrings, check out www.beadsofcambay.com.

    1. Large Pendant Necklaces

Long pendant necklaces are back in style this year. They can come in many different colors, stones, lengths, and it’s pretty much up to your personal style on which is best for you. Gemstones on long chains are one way to go, or you can do a pendant on a beaded necklace. Again, this is another type of jewelry that if you can’t find what you are looking for, it is easy to make your own that way you can make it exactly like you want.

    1. Choker

Another accessory trend that is hitting the scene (again) is the choker. Whether it’s a fabric choker or a chain choker, it’s in style. The tighter you can get it, the better. Chokers can be dainty necklaces, or you can go big with a statement choker.
